The process

A publishing path you can actually follow.

Most authors do not fail because the writing is weak. They stall because production is a maze. We replace that maze with six clear stages and a manager who owns the calendar.

01

Discovery call

We learn the genre, word count, goals, and whether you want print, digital, audio, or all three. You leave with a recommended package and an honest timeline.

02

Manuscript intake

Upload a .doc or .docx file. If the book is split across files, we ask you to combine it first. Handwritten pages can be quoted for conversion.

03

Editing that respects voice

Proofreading catches errors. Line editing tightens sentences. Developmental notes are available when the structure needs a stronger spine. You approve the pass before design starts.

04

Cover and interior

Designers build cover concepts around your genre and reader. Interiors are set for paperback, hardcover, and eBook with fonts, chapter openers, and front matter done properly.

05

Identifiers and files

ISBN, barcode, copyright page, and printer-ready PDFs / eBook files are prepared. You keep ownership of the work. We do not claim your copyright.

06

Release

The title goes live through major retail and library channels. You can order author copies. Optional marketing can start once the listing is healthy.

Timeline

Most titles are retail-ready in 8–12 weeks.

A straightforward novel or memoir on the Heritage package typically lands in that window. Children’s illustration, heavy developmental editing, translation, or ghostwriting add time — we say so up front.

  • You approve cover and interior before we lock files
  • Retailer processing can add a short extra window after upload
  • Rush production is available on Independence packages
Publishing notes and planning

Bring the manuscript. We will map the rest.

Share a few details about your book and a publishing specialist will reply with the right package, extras, and a realistic date — not a sales script.
